Having a party and only need drop off catering service? We deliver 365 Days a Year, 7 Days a Week, 7AM - 9PM. Don't let time be your enemy! Order days or even weeks in advance to ensure that you get the delivery time that you want. We also understand that situations can arise at the last minute. We will do everything we can to accommodate last minute orders. Carmela Marie will deliver great food to you throughout the state of Connecticut. Delivery fees may apply.

Price changes may not always be reflected in the menus posted to our website which is why some of our menus do not include pricing. Please email us or give us a call and we'll send you a menu with pricing. A $300 deposit is required upon signing a wedding contract. The balance is due 5 days before the event. An 20% gratuity may be included if service is required. For certain corporate events, a deposit may not be required.

Please note for severe allergies with potentially anaphylactic reactions, we cannot guarantee full omission of the ingredient. This is due to the physical constraints of our own kitchen and that of our small specialist suppliers where the ingredient may be present within the product environment. Additionally, our team and service staff are not trained on the intricacies of celiac disease, gluten intolerance, peanut allergies or any other dietary allergy or intolerance.

We ask for 5 days advance notice to cancel large parties ($200+). Smaller orders of less than $200 can be canceled 24 hours in advance. We cannot accept an order cancellation left on our voicemail. You must cancel directly with us.
